Due to recent changes in the Georgia hemp law (July 1, 2024), I am unable to sell hemp products until receiving an addition “retail hemp license” from the department of agriculture. There will also be an age verification process that will be required to purchase all hemp products in the future, 21 and up.
At this point it is not financially feasible to grow and sell hemp in GA. Most of the hemp products sold in our state are grown/processed in states that have less regulations and fees around growing hemp. Most hemp businesses in GA are importing all of their per-processed hemp from out of state. We are currently looking into finding a growing/processing space in NC, to make selling our homegrown products more financially feasible.
We will be expanding our products to include more medicinal plant products, dried plant materials, seeds, and starts (summer 2024).
